Graduate of a Master’s in International Arbitration and Business Law and a dual degree from Paris Sorbonne and Cairo University, he is fully versed in the specificities of Middle Eastern legal environments.
At KAB LS, Raafat assists our clientele with their cross-border investments in the MENA region, including with regards to legal due diligence.
Before joining the team of KAB LS, Raafat worked in the legal departments of various French financial institutions as well as international law firms in Egypt.
