Exclusion of bonus shares from the computation of the percentage of employee shareholding

The National Association of Jointly Owned Companies (ANSA) specified that to estimate the proportion of the capital represented by shares held by the employees of a corporation, one shall not consider bonus shares, authorized until August 7, 2015, even if the decision of attribution had been taken.
